Customer service is being rebuilt from the ground up with the arrival of the latest AI tech. At Ace Waves, we’re building an AI agents platform that handles real customer conversations end-to-end for leading consumer brands.


Started in stealth, Ace Waves is now a fast-growing startup with strong funding (undisclosed publicly for now) and a growing customer base across Europe.

Team’s purpose


Forward-deployed agent engineering team builds, integrates, and manages multi-agent AI systems for our enterprise customers. They operate at the intersection of customer engineering and AI product management, building complex agent procedure workflows and integrations that redefine how companies run support at global scale.


Our co-founders Antanas Bakšys, Ringaudas Kalinauskas, and Lukas Mikuckis - the same founders behind SearchNode, successfully acquired in 2022. Industry veterans and pioneers in agentic AI with a clear ambition for Ace Waves: to become a global top vendor and the next unicorn from Lithuania.

As an early team member, you’ll work close to the founders.


What you’ll do:


  • Implement and test custom integrations with customer platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, Shopify, or internal CRMs.
  • Collaborate with the GTM team to ensure technical delivery aligns with customer business goals and share implementation insights to strengthen new customer acquisition.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve production-grade multi-agent AI systems used in live customer-support operations at scale.
  • Lead or participate in client workshops to map support processes and translate them into executable agent procedures.
  • Document solutions clearly and communicate technical details to both clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor performance, debug live environments, and ensure reliability and safety of deployed agents.


Examples of work in this role


  • Build and launch a complete multi-agent orchestration for a major brand, automating refunds, order status, delivery, and other customer issues at scale.
  • Work directly with the customer to explain system logic, coordinate maintenance, and plan ongoing improvements based on live performance data.
  • Participate in customer integration strategy sessions and share implementation best practices with the GTM team to improve future rollouts.


What we expect you to bring


  • 2+ years of professional programming experience, preferably with TypeScript.
  • Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences. Comfort working directly with business customers.
  • Verbal and written English skills.


Even better


  • Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks.
  • Experience in customer support or service operations.
  • Interest in AI technologies and agent orchestration concepts.
  • Additional language skills.


Compensation


€3500 – €6000 gross per month.

Final package depends on experience, ownership, and scope of impact.
