Senior Backend Engineer

We're actively seeking Senior/Lead level Backend Software Engineers to join our development team. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining the robust infrastructure and services that power global logistics.

The role is open to candidates in Sydney (HQ), Melbourne, and Adelaide.

• Over 10 years of experience in developing enterprise-grade software and architecting large-scale, distributed systems.
• Proven track record of solving complex problems and delivering significant technical achievements.
• Proficient in C#, Java, C++, and other programming languages.
• Strong understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
• Expertise in object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Exceptional problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Experienced in mentoring and leading teams, with a focus on developing talent and scaling knowledge across the organization.

• Database - MS SQL Server, Elastic Search, Postgres, SQLite
• Testing Frameworks: MSTest, NUnit, Selenium, static code analysis tools, performance testing toolkits
