IT Support Engineer – Freelance
We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our customer in Luxembourg on a long term, freelance basis. The consultant will provide day-to-day functional and technical support across desktop, mobile, and document management environments, overseeing operational stability and a high-quality user experience for internal stakeholders.
The role involves supporting Microsoft Office, iManage DMS, document production workflows, and Windows 11 devices, as well as assisting users with conferencing systems, mobile devices, Wi-Fi, telephony, and secure printing solutions.
The selected consultant will work closely with the internal IT support team, end-users, and security stakeholders to maintain a reliable and secure IT landscape, contributing to continuous improvement of tools, documentation, and support processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical IT support to end-users in a professional services environment
- Support Microsoft Office suite and iManage Document Management System
- Assist with document production, business templates, and standard document workflows
- Build, configure, and profile Windows 11 desktops and laptops
- Troubleshoot issues related to Wi-Fi, Cisco telephony, and secure/follow-me printing
- Offer hands-on support for mobile devices (iOS, Android) and video conferencing systems
Profile
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office and iManage DMS
- Knowledge of document production, management, or forensics tools (legal sector tools are a plus)
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Familiarity with Apple OSX, iOS, and Android is an asset
