Do you thrive on transforming ideas into immersive virtual experiences? At Apollo Journey (Flashgroup), you’ll join a team dedicated to shaping VR training solutions for emergency services, and immersive simulations to life. 


What you’ll be doing: 


  • Implementing core systems in Unity (C#) for VR training applications - including interactive scenarios, Unity physics, mirror multiplayer framework, state machines, event‑systems. 
  • Collaborating across disciplines - designers, 3D artists, QA, to deliver end‑to‑end features. 
  • Optimising performance and memory for VR hardware, ensuring smooth interactions under demanding conditions. 
  • Maintaining clean, reusable code; setting up and evolving architecture for scalability and maintainability. 
  • Staying current with VR/AR, Unity updates and training‑industry trends - bringing fresh ideas to the table. 

 

What we’re looking for: 


Required: 


  • 4+ years of working experience in Unity (preferably Unity 2020+); strong command of C#. 
  • Track record of building interactive 3D applications - preferably in VR or serious‑game/training space. 
  • Familiarity with VR hardware (e.g., Meta/Quest, HTC, or comparable setups) - including optimisation, controller input, and immersive UI. 


Nice-to-have: 


  • Knowledge of simulation frameworks, physics‑based interaction, or procedural generation. 
  • Experience in emergency services domain (not a must) 
  • Mirror multiplayer framework. 
  • Strong soft skills, critical thinking, pro-activeness.
