About the Role:

We are looking for a self-driven Java Developer to join an interesting multi-project environment. We work in hybrid environments, On-Prem and several cloud service providers, as well as internationally with constant communication to all partners. We are now looking to strengthen the team with experience in an extended skillset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of high quality, reliable, fast, scalable and responsive application instances;
• Maintain and improve different applications within the scope of a worldwide company, implementing the structure, design and behavior;
• A modern working environment with common software development tools (IntelliJ, Git, Gradle, Swagger, Argo CD, Kubernetes/EKS etc.);
• Take advantage of our evolving tech stack and current application lifecycle to contribute with continuous enhancements;
• Create fluid, interactive, and seamless ways to bring a more customer focused approach to the Product.

Requirements:

• Java 17;
• Wildfly;
• SpringBoot;
• REST based API design (JSON);
• DB environment (e.g. PostgreSQL).

Nice to have:

• Asynchronous messaging concepts (e.g. Kafka);
• Cloud technologies;
• Data security;
• Frontend development;
• Willingness to work hybrid with on-site attendance one day per week (if near office location);
• Great communication skills and strong teamwork commitment;
• Very good English skills.
