We are looking for an Amazing: Scrum master

Seniority: Middle Senior

Type of position: Hybrid

The amazing you, will have:

✅ Proven experience: At least 4 years as a Scrum Master in software development teams.

📚 Strong understanding of Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.

💬 Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

🛠️ Experience with Agile project management tools: Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, etc.

🎓 Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) preferred.

🗂️ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

💻 Technical background: Computer Science or related field.

🌎 Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese.

📍 Note: The candidate must be able to attend the client office 4 days per week during the first months and then work 2 times per week in hybrid mode.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
