Intrinzic have partnered exclusively with an Australian tech company to build out their DevOps Engineering Team.
We are looking for multiple DevOps Engineers with software development experience, as well as AWS, Terraform and Kubernetes, to work on some exciting long-term initiatives!
About the role:
You will join a growing DevOps Engineering Team, implementing DevOps best practices, bridging development and operations by building and optimising development tools, automating release processes, and ensuring system scalability, security, and reliability - all whilst working with some of the most exciting technology in the market.
What you will be doing:
- Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure
- Automate and improve development, testing, and release processes
- Ensure system scalability, security, and resilience against cybersecurity threats
- Review and analyze code written by others to enhance quality and performance
- Identify technical problems, implement updates, and apply fixes
- Collaborate with development teams to maintain and improve established processes
- Conduct root cause analysis for production errors and implement solutions
- Design and deploy infrastructure solutions within the AWS cloud environment
- Establish procedures for system troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
Key skills/experience required:
- 3+ years' experience as a DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineer
- Experience writing IaC (Terraform or Pulumi)
- Software Engineering experience (Python or Golang)
- Experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, CloudFront, AWS Firewall, and Lambda
- Strong knowledge of Git and Git workflows
- Working knowledge of databases, including SQL and MongoDB
