About the Role:
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift and modern automation practices. The role involves managing OpenShift platforms, ensuring operational stability, and improving delivery pipelines. German (B1–B2) is required for communication with internal teams.
A typical day might include the following:
- Administer, maintain, and optimize Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
- Implement and manage GitOps workflows using ArgoCD and Helm Charts.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Ansible and/or Terraform.
- Ensure platform observability (logging, monitoring, tracing) using Loki, Tempo, and ODF.
- Collaborate with German-speaking technical and business stakeholders.
- Support CI/CD processes and follow DevOps best practices.
To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills:
- Solid experience with Red Hat OpenShift administration.
- Knowledge of GitOps (ArgoCD, Helm).
- Experience with IaC (Ansible, Terraform).
- Observability tools: Loki, Tempo, ODF.
- German B1–B2 proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Experience with on-prem environments.
- Knowledge of Azure administration.
- Experience with ARO (Azure Red Hat OpenShift).
- Familiarity with software-defined storage (ODF).
- Exposure to Red Hat ACM / ACS.
- Experience with OpenShift Pipelines (Tekton).
