We're looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our dynamic TV & AV team in Bucharest. You will be the analytical driver for the team, responsible for the comprehensive analysis and monitoring of sell-out KPIs at the SKU level, managing key performance dashboards, and leading the monthly target planning process. If you excel at using data to drive business decisions and have a strong financial understanding, you'll be a great fit for our team.


For this role you will need:


• Excellent Excel Skills (Mandatory): You must be highly proficient in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data validation.

• Data Analysis & Business Insight: A proven ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large data sets is a must. You must be able to translate data into actionable, data-driven insights that directly inform business strategy.

• Financial Understanding: You should be able to interpret basic financial data (ROI, ROAS, P&L)

• Prior Experience: Previous experience in Business Analysis or a data-focused analytical role is required. Prior experience within the Consumer Electronics industry is a strong plus.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English are mandatory for this role, with conversational Bulgarian a plus.

• Proactive & Self-Motivated: You should be able to work both independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment, and also within a matrix organization with shared tasks.

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field is required.


In this role your responsibilities will be:


• Analytical Driver & Process Owner: You will manage sell-in and sell-out related KPI analysis and contribute to the monthly target planning process. This includes creating and maintaining dashboards, pulling and analyzing data, and developing the initial draft of monthly targets at the SKU level.

• Co-Owner of Performance: You will act as a strategic partner to the other Product Managers and the sales team. You'll present data and insights to the team, highlighting key trends and areas for

discussion. The final targets and action plans will be a collaborative decision, with your analysis providing the foundation and the category Product Managers providing the critical market and technology context.

• KPI Dashboard Management: You'll develop, maintain, and manage the various dashboards and reporting tools we use for internal and regional reporting, ensuring data is accurate and consistent across all platforms.

• P&L Financial Understanding: You'll contribute to the financial analysis of product performance, understanding how factors like revenue, cost of goods, and gross margin impact our business.

• Team Collaboration: You'll work closely with a team of four other product managers, sharing insights and aligning strategies to achieve our collective goals.
