We are looking for multiple (Fullstack) Developers to join our Akkodis team, working onsite at our client in the Maastricht Airport Area in the Netherlands.

Specific tasks to be performed:

• Development of the real-time simulation environment, with a special focus on CADSIM, and other tools the simulator system.
• Assess technical change requests, perform the analysis and implement the changes in close collaboration with the end-user.

To successfully perform the above mentioned tasks, the following background / experience is required:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering in a related field. Preference is a Master degree.
• Ability to work and communicate in English - Technical/professional qualification (Listening/Writing/Understanding) level - C1/B2/B2.
• Minimum 3 years of recent professional experience as a full stack developer
• Minimum 5 years of recent professional experience as Java software developer
• Minimum 5 years of recent professional experience with Spring boot
• Minimum 3 years of recent professional experience with Hibernate
• Minimum 3 years of recent professional experience with Scrum methodology and tools like Jira and BitBucket
• Minimum 3 years of recent professional experience with test frameworks such as Junit, Protractor and Playwright

Desirable:

• Professional experience with message brokers (e.g. ActiveMQ)
• Professional experience as Angular 2+ and Typescript software developer, or another front-end framework
• Experience in writing high-quality technical documentation (specifications, design document, test descriptions, user manual, etc.
