Senior Golang Back-End Engineer (Freelance)

Location: Amstelveen, Netherlands (Hybrid / Remote)

Contract: 12 months + future extensions

We’re looking for a Senior Back-End Engineer (Golang) with a passion for building scalable, reliable cloud platforms to join a global technology consultancy of ours. You’ll join a skilled, collaborative team developing their private cloud environment, supporting technologies like Red Hat OpenShift.

The ideal candidate will bring strong back-end skills in Go and experience with microservices, GitOps deployments, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, automation, and agile development is a plus. If you thrive in greenfield projects, enjoy solving complex challenges, and communicate effectively in Dutch, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

This 12-month contract offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies, make a real impact, and enjoy a flexible hybrid setup in Amstelveen, with the potential to move into a permanent role.
