The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in construction management and project oversight, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of construction projects, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with client goals
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to provide progress updates and address any issues that arise
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout all phases of the project
  • Facilitate virtual meetings and manage documentation, ensuring all stakeholders have the information they need
  • Conduct site visits as necessary and provide remote support for on-site teams


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and regulations
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, etc.)
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with budgeting and cost estimation in construction projects
