- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

- At least 7 years of experience in product ownership and/or scrum mastery.
- At least 3 years of experience with LLM-driven applications, chatbots, or RAG systems.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and applying Scrum principles.
- Define, develop, and monitor the product vision, roadmap, and MVP scope.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization of features and enhancements.
- Perform effective stakeholder management and alignment across teams.
- Facilitate sprints and lead all Scrum ceremonies.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
- Guide team processes and drive continuous process optimization.
- Collaborate closely with AI, full-stack, infrastructure, and QA specialists within the project team.
- Completed HBO bachelor’s degree.
- Experience working with LLM-driven applications, chatbots, or RAG-based systems.
- Proven experience in building or managing products (at least one example listed in the CV).
- Strong understanding of Scrum framework ceremonies and principles.
- Strong product vision and decision-making abilities.
- Structured approach to process management and optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Proactive, self-driven attitude.
