Full-Stack Software Engineer

Why This Role Matters

We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Connectors Engineering team and help enhance Vonage Connectors Collection.

As part of the team, you’ll contribute to both new feature development and production improvements, with a strong focus on quality, fault tolerance, and performance. You’ll gain hands-on experience with real-time communications and event-driven systems.

Your Key Responsibilities

Our Engineers work on an exciting mix of both greenfield and existing projects, giving them an opportunity to explore new technologies. You will develop both frontend and backend solutions, take part in enhancing our range of connectors and services. You will collaborate with the other team members, product manager and other teams to deliver world-class products across multiple platforms.

What you'll bring

Required

• TypeScript / Java coding skills, willingness to learn other languages and environments.
• Strong backend experience - TypeScript / Java
• Strong frontend experience - pure HTML/TypeScript/CSS.
• Excellent debugging and problem solving skills.
• Experience with Cloud technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and platforms.
• Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, memory management, and concurrency.
• DB knowledge.
• Source management (Git) / Agile development techniques.
• Effective remote collaboration and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent.

• Familiarity in API design and/or SDK development.
• HubSpot integrations.
