We’re seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer (L2) with expertise in SD-WAN support to join our client's team. In this role, you'll provide Level 2 technical support with a primary focus on Meraki SD-WAN technologies. You’ll work closely with a major client to resolve issues, optimise network performance, and deliver reliable solutions in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for SD-WAN technologies, with a focus on Meraki SD-WAN
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to routing, connectivity, and performance
- Monitor and maintain network systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement network changes and improvements
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as necessary, while maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the resolution process
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Level 2 network support, particularly in SD-WAN environments
- Hands-on expertise with Meraki SD-WAN technology
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
