Role and Responsibilities
- Implement Datadog for customers or assist customer engineers to implement Datadog online.
- Provide Datadog technical support via Slack, Teams, or online meetings.
- Perform comprehensive Datadog usage scanning for customers and produce optimization recommendation reports.
- Create dashboards and alerts for customers.
- Crafting Datadog strategies for customers.
- Establish an internal knowledge base for use.
Technical Skills:
- Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic or others monitoring tools is a plus.
- Proficient in any of AWS, Azure, GCP with over 2 years of experience.
- Basic knowledge of software development; over 1 year of experience is a plus.
- Over 1 year of experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Familiar with command line interface (CLI).
- Basic understanding of networking.
- Experience in database management is a plus.
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on DevOps experience required.
- Fluent in spoken English.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- A customer-oriented approach.
- Strong self-management skills are essential.
- Commitment to execute tasks with precision.
