We are looking for a highly organized and adaptable HR Generalist to become a core member of our HR Team in Warsaw. This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international setting. The Generalist will be instrumental in making our employees’ experience exceptional, from managing complex benefits to keeping our daily HR operations running seamlessly across borders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as HR Generalist.
- Proven hands-on experience managing significant administrative and benefits responsibilities within an HR setting, ideally in an international work environment.
- Fluency (B2+ required) in Polish, English, and Russian is essential for cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, combined with a strong focus on internal customer service.
- Comfort with HR software and digital platforms (like BambooHR or SharePoint) and an aptitude for using technology to streamline HR processes.
- Interest in occasionally supporting team-building or employer branding activities to enhance our visibility and team spirit.
The HR Generalist will be the go-to person for comprehensive operational and strategic HR support, including:
- Designing, analyzing, and maintaining a competitive employee benefits package that supports staff retention and managing administration with external providers.
- Serving as a primary advisor to employees regarding company policies, benefits usage, and general HR queries.
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of core HR processes, including supporting onboarding, offboarding, and local personnel documentation.
- Creating and maintaining the local HR Knowledge Base to empower employees and managers with easy access to information.
- Preparing vital HR analytical reports for local and global leadership and maintaining data integrity within HRIS platforms.
- Handling various administrative logistics, such as managing business trip arrangements, visa processes, and supporting internal communication channels.
