Responsibilities:

• Participate in building features from scratch;
• Create SDDs, planning and implementing game functionality;
• Identify and fixe code errors and game bottlenecks;
• Ensure products conform to high industry standards;
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and POs to identify short-term and long-term tasks;
• Review implementations for compliance with coding guidelines and architecture;
• Develop analytics and monitoring tools for new application features, participate in releases;
• Create tools for artists and other cross-functional groups;
• Update and support third-party integrations;
• Own specific areas of functionality and act as a gatekeeper for their support and evolution;
• Monitor and reduce technical debt.
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as Unity developer;
• Extensive experience with mobile game development;
• Strong knowledge of C# & .NET;
• Understanding of the data-oriented approach and hands-on experience with at least one ECS framework (preferably Entitas);
• In-depth knowledge of Unity software and best practices (prefabs, asset bundles, organized scene hierarchy, animation workflows, texture optimizations);
• Experience with memory and space optimization, strong troubleshooting skills;
• Practical experience with AI-assisted tools in development workflows;
• Excellent communication skills;
• High attention to detail.
