About the Role


Deployment and management of IT systems, including users' desktop/laptop computers, IT servers, network equipment, audio and video hardware, and mobile devices. This position reports to Finance&IT Director and have a matrix manager in MEA.


Responsibilities


  • Ensuring incident resolution or, when necessary, informing the appropriate department.
  • Monitoring the software installation and distribution process to IT systems.
  • Performing asset change tasks and reflecting these changes in the appropriate databases.
  • Providing IT consulting to business leaders.
  • Providing first line end user support.
  • Distributing the IT starter kit for new users and providing IT orientation to first-time users.
  • Ensuring security and policy compliance while performing technical tasks.
  • Supporting updates to technical documentation, procedures, and process definitions.
  • Performing vulnerability and patch management as well as emergency or periodically scheduled information systems management tasks, maintenance/upgrades, and configuration changes.
  • Performing IT projects as required and coordinated by the assigned project manager.


Qualifications


  • Graduate of relevant universities.
  • At least 3 years of work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Servers 2019 and above, Windows 11, and Microsoft 365 Office programs.
  • Experience in installing, managing, and maintaining backup software.
  • Experience in network infrastructure management.
  • Proficient in English.
  • General knowledge of ISO 27001.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player used to working collaboratively with international teams.
