QA Engineer in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
- Perform CRM testing across multiple platforms to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
- Conduct API and database testing to verify data integrity and system reliability.
- Manage defect tracking and resolution throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Implement and maintain automation scripts using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/testing within complex environments.
- Strong expertise in CRM testing (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar platforms).
- Solid understanding of banking or financial services domain.
- Proficiency in API and database testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Postman, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with modern frameworks such as Playwright is highly desirable.
