Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary Range: AED 10,000–15,000 per month

A well-established, international commercial office design & build company with a strong presence across the UAE and Saudi Arabia is exploring the possibility of expanding its HR team. The organisation is known for delivering high-quality workplace solutions, maintaining a friendly, flexible culture, and fostering a diverse workforce.
The company employs over 100 staff in the UAE, operates from a modern office and offers a supportive, non-clock-watching environment with benefits including medical insurance, flight allowances, life insurance, and 22–26 days of annual leave depending on the role.
Reports to: HR Manager / Senior Leadership
Position Overview
This individual will support the HR department across day-to-day operations, employee relations, recruitment coordination, and compliance, contributing to a positive and efficient employee experience.
This is a hands-on role suitable for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and wants to support the growth of a regional design & build business.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage HR administration including employee records, HRIS updates, contracts, onboarding documentation, and leave management.
- Coordinate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee files and documentation in line with UAE labour laws and internal policies.
Recruitment & Talent Support
- Assist with sourcing, screening, and arranging interviews for roles across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and applicant pipelines.
- Support offer processes, reference checks, and candidate communication.
Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
- Support engagement initiatives, team wellbeing activities, and internal communication.
- Help reinforce company culture and be a visible HR representative.
HR Policy & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and internal HR procedures.
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and PRO-related tasks.
- Support policy development and HR governance activities.
Performance & Development Support
- Assist with performance review cycles and probation assessments.
- Maintain training and development records and support L&D initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Currently based in the UAE with strong understanding of UAE labour laws.
- 3–6 years of HR experience, ideally within design, construction, engineering, real estate, or similar industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, detail-driven, and capable of handling multiple HR tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working in diverse, fast-moving, multicultural teams.
- Proficiency with HR administration and HR systems is a plus.
- Professional, discreet, approachable, and solutions-oriented.
