Job Description

  • Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and controlling multi-disciplinary design projects, ensuring compliance with PDS and project data quality requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, and key stakeholders, coordinating project information and facilitating necessary approvals.
  • Assist in preparing and controlling project budgets, monitoring earned value, variations, invoicing, cash flow, ETC/EAC, and identifying financial risks and opportunities.
  • Support technical quality reviews, ensure accurate documentation, identify interdisciplinary design gaps, and apply discipline-specific technical and safety-in-design principles.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams to maintain smooth workflows, clear communication, organised documentation, and task prioritisation.
  • Assist in establishing project schedules, track progress against timelines, maintain deadlines, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate delays.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, escalate when appropriate, propose mitigation plans, and support conflict resolution to minimise project disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, DOA and risk procedures, while contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge development within the practice.
