Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in client meetings to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Django, or Laravel
- Translate business needs into technical plans and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
- Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation
- Contribute to cloud engineering, DevOps, and AI automation initiatives as needed
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and team members
- Demonstrate reliability, responsiveness, and a commitment to continuous learning
- Minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js, Django, Laravel)
- Native English speaker based in the United States or Canada
- Strong client communication and technical leadership skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Supabase), DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable
- Familiarity with AI automation tools (OpenAI, LangChain, Make.com, n8n, Zapier) is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Professional, reliable, and highly responsive work ethic
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and to specification
