IT Project Manager (ITIL) | $ 8500 | Project is only open to Singaporean!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate across internal teams, external stakeholders, and other third-party vendors
• Oversee project planning and execution, including budgeting, hiring, partner sourcing, and management of vendors and contractors
• Manage project scope, schedules, resources, risk, and quality control activities
• Ensure robust documentation, change management, and configuration control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Responsible for the overall management and coordination of the project
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with contract requirements, timelines, and compliance standards
• Lead progress reporting, stakeholder communication, and governance reviews
• Drive issue resolution and proactively mitigate risks across technical and operational domains .
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., Company standards, Contract specifications, cybersecurity requirements, operational safety standards)
• Accountable for smooth planning, execution & timely delivery of projects and on all project aspects of design, development, delivery, installation, integration testing, implementation and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in project management in large scale systems projects
• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder systems integration projects
• Project Management Professional Certification, Project Management Professional, Certified ScrumMaster – CSM, ITIL Foundation Certificate
• Possess strong project management and leadership abilities, good communication skills and excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
