- Participate as part of a team designing, developing, implementing, and supporting web-based insurance applications.

- Contribute actively to hands-on development activities.
- 7+ years of experience in JAVA/J2EE, Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, XML, DB2, and SQL.
- Proficient in design skills (e.g., class, sequence, and activity diagrams).
- Experience with SOAP and REST web services development.
- Desirable: Knowledge of P&C Insurance industry, WebSphere, JBOSS, ESB (Mule), Drools, JUnit, Hibernate/MyBatis, Spring, Web Services, Unix Shell Scripting.
- Preferred: Front-end/UI development experience, especially with AngularJS.
- Understanding of IT concepts, strategies, methodologies, and diverse technologies.
- Familiarity with layered systems architectures and solutions.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong work ethics and ability to work onsite 4 days a week in Boston, MA.
