Tact is proud to support a fast-growing financial services startup seeking a Full stack Engineer, investing heavily in modern technology. This is a business with a strong reputation for innovation, customer focus, and providing cutting edge financial solutions. They are scaling rapidly and looking for passionate and experienced developers who want to make a meaningful impact.

Key responsibilities of the Full stack Engineer

• Own the development and delivery of products or features end-to-end, from identifying customer problems to production deployment, making informed decisions at each stage to ensure successful outcomes.
• Architect and design complex end-to-end systems, balancing key trade-offs to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Continuously improve engineering processes, codebases, and workflows, especially in a startup environment, to solve critical problems and increase team efficiency and impact.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to project success, including the ability to go above and beyond when necessary to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Full Stack Engineer – Tech Stack

• Javascript / Typescript (would also consider Python background)
• Node.js / Express
• Experience with GCP or AWS also considered
• SQL/NoSQL databases
• Git, automated testing frameworks, Agile delivery tools

(Degree Educated – Computer Science or Comparable)

Desirable:

• Early stage/ hypergrowth start- up experience as a full Stack Engineer
• FinTech SaaS experience
