What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Act as a facilitator for multiple teams or serve as the Release Train Engineer for a SAFe Agile Release Train
• Drive continuous improvement in team performance, focusing on quality, predictability, and flow
• Support effective communication and collaboration between teams and external stakeholders
• Eliminate impediments by engaging with relevant stakeholders to achieve objectives
• Foster a Lean-Agile mindset and culture change within teams and the organization
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Lean and Agile methodologies, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Kanban lead
• Certified Scrum Master (CSP) required; SAFe Scrum Master Certification preferred
• Proven track record of leading multiple Agile teams to maturity and improved outcomes
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral

• Experience as a Scrum Master on a SAFe Agile Release Train
• Expertise in leading change and continuous improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with value stream mapping and Lean techniques
• Knowledge of product ownership, DevOps, and test automation practices
