- Certified Scrum Master (CSP) required; SAFe Scrum Master Certification preferred
- Proven track record of leading multiple Agile teams to maturity and improved outcomes
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience as a Scrum Master on a SAFe Agile Release Train
- Expertise in leading change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with value stream mapping and Lean techniques
- Knowledge of product ownership, DevOps, and test automation practices
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
