- Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps)
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics and their application in team performance improvement
- Experience managing dependencies and risks in large-scale Agile environments
- Scrum Master and/or SAFe certification
- Experience with software development for medical devices or in a regulated field
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and compliance frameworks related to software development
- Experience with Lean Portfolio Management and Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
