About The Role
The Senior Vice President of Operations drives strategic excellence across all facets of Bookit's rapidly scaling B2B and B2B2C business. The role combines deep operational expertise with executive leadership to oversee our unique booking platform spanning travel, VIP experiences, premium retail, and a next-gen, blockchain-powered payments infrastructure.
You are responsible for helping to grow and manage a nascent team of marketers, technology builders, experience curators, and customer service professionals delivering unprecedented rewards to our end consumers and meaningful customer engagement to our brand clients. The ideal candidate has proven experience scaling operations in high-growth travel technology companies and/or startups, with the strategic vision and budgeting experience necessary to build peerless operational frameworks at the intersection of travel, entertainment, fintech, and loyalty.
Location: Miami (Hybrid preferred); remote considered for highly qualified candidates.
Salary Range: $175,000 - $190,000
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute operational strategies that drive Bookit.com's rapid growth across travel, experiences, retail, and payments verticals
- Partner with executive leadership to align operational initiatives with company objectives and growth targets, ensuring efficiency and cost optimization
- Support the CEO and Executive Team in serving our B2B2C brand clients and developing foundational partnerships across the travel and experiential industries
- Serve as primary liaison between Bookit.com leadership and its founding partners, (ONE Company, Starboard, Superlogic and affiliates)
- Collaborate closely with our Product, Technology, Marketing, and Finance teams to optimize the Bookit.com platform for our brand clients and ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience for our end users
- Oversee the Customer Service team, ensuring reliable 24/7 support
- Develop business continuity plans in the event of travel disruptions, or other unforeseen events
- Oversee hiring, company goal setting, and personnel evaluation/development
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and data-driven decision-making
- Define and track key operational metrics to measure performance and outcomes
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in travel operations, e-commerce fulfillment, and experiential services
- Execute with minimal oversight, navigating complex challenges from concept to completion
- 10+ years scaling operations in high-growth online travel, e-commerce, or fintech
- 5+ years in executive leadership (VP+ with P&L responsibility)
- Proven success scaling multi-sided marketplaces with complex inventory management
- Strong vendor and partner management experience at scale
- Track record with major online travel platforms (Expedia, Booking.com, Marriott, etc.), experiential companies, or startups preferred
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with experience growing cross-functional operations teams
- Proficiency with modern ops tech stacks, CRM systems, BI, and AI-driven tools
- Collaborative, adaptable leader who contributes positively to company culture
- Spanish proficiency a plus; Web3/crypto familiarity strongly preferred
