Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall planning and execution of oil and gas upstream development, natural gas surface treatment, and chemical engineering projects.
• Lead the implementation of large-scale natural gas projects in the Middle East, including preliminary technical solution design, cost evaluation, and subsequent project management.
• Oversee the entire commercial cycle of projects — from business opportunity identification to final payment collection.
• Coordinate technical teams, local subcontractors, government authorities, and security forces to ensure safe and timely project delivery.
• Conduct regular progress reporting and promptly address issues arising during project execution.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and suppliers to build and sustain long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum, Natural Gas, or related disciplines.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of international marketing experience, including team management experience. Familiar with oil and gas upstream development, natural gas surface treatment, and chemical engineering fields.
• Language Skills: Proficient in both English and Arabic, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
• Market Insight: Strong market awareness and ability to identify channel marketing trends; well-versed in various international online marketing and promotion strategies.
• Business Development Ability: Excellent capability in business execution; able to formulate and implement sales plans, policies, and strategies effectively.
