Job Description

Are you passionate about people, precision, and versatility in your work? Join our Employee Experience team as an HR Administrator, supporting HR processes for Ukraine.

Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:

  • Managing a broad spectrum of HR activities from start to finish, including contract and amendment preparation, employee file digitization, and administration of Workday, our HR software platform
  • Collaborating and support payroll vendor with the payroll preparation
  • Supporting HRBP with HR administrative processes
  • Handling employee benefits
  • Maintaining military records
  • Ensuring our employees’ most fundamental needs are met by effectively managed employee queries
  • Implementing systems/automation-based solutions at the local organization
  • Staying connected with the other Employee Experience team members

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Ukrainian
  • Experience on a similar operational HR role
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • University degree
  • Knowledge of local labor legislation
  • Very good organizational skills and attention to details
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of payroll tasks will be considered as an advantage
  • Familiarity with Workday will be considered as an advantage
