- Higher technical education;
- Language skills: Ukrainian – fluent, English – B1 or higher;
- 1+ year of experience (in systems integration, distribution, or with large customers);
- Basic knowledge of network technologies and network topologies (e.g., switching, routing, virtual local area networks);
- Knowledge of cybersecurity solution vendors, the technical problems they solve, and how they impact new business initiatives;
- Experience with information security equipment from the following vendors: Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Check Point, Fortinet, Juniper, or CrowdStrike;
- Experience with technologies from the following list: NGFW, VPN, URL filtering, IoT Security, Endpoint Protection, DNS Security, Cloud Security;
- Possession of at least one valid engineering course certificate from the vendor: Palo Alto Networks.
- Experience in creating and delivering technical presentations, seminars, or workshops;
- Experience in testing or providing product support for the following products: NGFW, Endpoint Protection, Cloud Security.
- Developing relationships with vendors and partners and growing business in the Palo Alto Networks and SecHard product lines;
- Increasing distributor share through technical expertise, qualified consulting, and support;
- Completion of training courses with the vendors: Palo Alto Networks and SecHard;
- Conducting presentations, practical technical workshops, pilot testing, and providing support to partners and customers to ensure the successful implementation of sold Palo Alto Networks and SecHard solutions;
- Participation in conference calls or meetings with customers/partners, analysis of the customer's existing infrastructure, task analysis, and selection of Palo Alto Networks and SecHard solutions;
- Preparation of technical solutions for Palo Alto Networks and SecHard, as well as arguments for defending technical specifications against competitors, using vendor recommendations, practical experience, and independent lab reports;
- Use of a lab bench and demo to test various functionality and software from Palo Alto Networks and SecHard vendors;
- Active participation as a speaker in events for partners and/or customers to develop participants' technical competence in Palo Alto Networks and SecHard;
- Creation or sourcing of all necessary documentation regarding Palo Alto Networks and SecHard products (questionnaires, RFPs, battlecards, topology drawings, comparison tables, etc.);
- Competitor monitoring.
- Strong business communication skills and the ability to build business relationships;
- Ability to analyze, think systematically, and quickly, and make optimal decisions with limited time or information;
- Team player;
