• Fluency in Ukrainian and English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar role, with a track record of leading digital transformation efforts.
• Minimum of 10 years of IT leadership experience, with expertise in automation, cloud technologies, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance regulations.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and foster a culture of innovation.
• Strategic thinker with a strong results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience or strong understanding of IoT (Internet of Things) technologies and R&D processes is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a hybrid or onsite model in Poland.
