About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of solar power projects within the Reliance Solar Power team. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery, smooth communication, and adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities, schedules, and documentation for solar installation projects.
- Assist the Project Manager in tracking project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and progress reports.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Support procurement processes by preparing PRs, tracking material deliveries, and coordinating with supply chain teams.
- Organize project meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in site planning, coordination with field teams, and monitoring project execution.
- Support in budget tracking, invoice processing, and documentation for billing.
- Maintain project documentation including contracts, permits, and technical submissions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in solar, renewable energy, EPC, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of project management processes and documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
