As a participant in our 24-month Graduate Programme, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and change. You will collaborate with our diverse teams across the globe, taking ownership of projects that propel the industry towards a sustainable and prosperous future.

Your journey

- Sustainability and ESG: Tackle key environmental, social, and governance challenges.
- Data Analytics, Data Science, and AI: Leverage the power of data-driven insights.
- Software Development: Shape the digital future of maritime solutions.
- Business Development: Drive growth and expansion strategies.
- Vessel Management: Optimize maritime operations.
To thrive in our Graduate Programme, you should possess:
- A master’s degree in engineering, data science, business, or IT.
- Either fresh out of school or with 1-2 years of professional experience.
- An insatiable curiosity and a passion for embracing new technology.
- A problem-solving mindset with a knack for innovation and fresh approaches.
- Excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders and foster inclusivity.
In addition to an exciting 24-month journey, you can expect:
- Flexible working hours and a hybrid arrangement (work from home and Lysaker office).
- Premium life and health care insurance, including access to online medical services.
- Sports club membership including sporting and cultural activities (e.g., group training in our gymnasium, running, sailing, kayak rental, Pilates, football, theatre and concert tickets etc.)
