Role Overview
We are urgently seeking a specialized ServiceNow DevOps Engineer to lead critical work on Configuration Management Database (CMDB) health and automation. Partnering with a leading Financial Services client, this role focuses on the configuration of Discovery, system integrations, and the implementation of rigorous quality controls to ensure absolute data integrity across the IT estate.

- Automation & Integration: Design and build integrations between ServiceNow and third-party infrastructure/DevOps tools. Utilizing Flow Designer and Integration Hub to automate manual data entry and remediation tasks.
- Data Quality Control: Implement automated quality control mechanisms to monitor CI (Configuration Item) health, identify stale data, and enforce remediation workflows.

- Industry Background: Previous experience working within Financial Services or highly regulated environments is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying gaps in asset visibility and designing automated solutions to close them.

- Hybrid Model: This role does not require fixed onsite days. However, candidates must be based in/around London (or able to commute easily) to attend the London office a few times per month for key stakeholder meetings.
- Contract: Initial 3-month engagement with a view to extend for up to 12 months based on project success.
