The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Solution Consultant to support institutional clients adopting cutting-edge digital asset technology. You’ll partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver impactful demos, lead technical discovery, and architect solutions that solve real problems across custody, trading, settlement, DeFi, tokenisation, and risk management.

This role suits someone who brings both crypto product knowledge and pre-sales storytelling ability — someone who can speak credibly to traders, CTOs, and compliance teams alike.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead discovery workshops with institutional clients (exchanges, brokers, banks, funds)
  • Deliver high-impact product demos tailored to trading, custody, or blockchain workflows
  • Translate client requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans
  • Provide subject-matter expertise across digital asset trading, infrastructure, and security
  • Partner with Product teams to relay market feedback and influence roadmap direction
  • Support RFPs, solution architecture, value mapping, and technical onboarding
  • Act as a trusted advisor on best practices, integrations, APIs, and adoption strategy


You’ll Succeed If You Have

  • 5–8+ years in Solutions Consulting / Pre-Sales, ideally within crypto, trading tech, or fintech
  • Strong understanding of digital asset infrastructure:
  • Trading / execution / liquidity
  • Custody & key management
  • Wallet architecture (MPC, HSM, cold vs hot)
  • Blockchain protocols & interoperability
  • Ability to conduct high-quality technical discussions and simplify complex concepts
  • Experience influencing sales cycles and supporting enterprise clients
  • Strong communication, presentation, and solution-design skills
  • A proactive, curious mindset and a genuine interest in the future of digital assets
