Role: Project Manager
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000
Location: Central London | 5 days onsite
We are seeking a business-focused Project Manager to deliver complex, cross-functional projects and drive continuous improvement. This role suits someone who thrives in a lean and complex environment, works closely with Business Analysts and Change Managers, and can navigate operational complexity with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a broad range of projects—spanning large-scale transformation programs to smaller, high-impact improvement initiatives—ensuring outcomes are aligned with defined business objectives.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Change Managers, vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Build, challenge, and optimise project plans—understanding why each component exists.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, governance frameworks, work plans and RAID logs to ensure successful delivery across time, cost, scope and quality.
- Manage third-party vendors and ensure delivery alignment.
- Maintain oversight of multiple workstreams with moving parts and operational dependencies.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
- Translate business objectives into actionable timelines, risks, and milestones.
What the client is looking for:
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to build, challenge, and optimise project plans with a clear understanding of why each element exists.
- Experience delivering in complex operational environments with many dependencies.
- Agile experience (practical understanding, not just ceremonies).
- Vendor management experience.
