Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust applications and backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, experience with Python frameworks, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Application DevelopmentWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code.
• Design and implement backend components and APIs.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Testing & DebuggingDevelop, test, and debug Python applications.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.
• Data & SecurityImplement data storage solutions (SQL/NoSQL databases).
• Ensure application security and data protection.
• OptimizationOptimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• CollaborationWork closely with front-end developers, QA, DevOps, and product managers.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering standards.
• DocumentationDocument software functionality and maintain technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical SkillsStrong proficiency in Python and its standard libraries.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and ORM tools.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Database & ToolsExperience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred

• Experience in data science, machine learning, or automation scripting.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
