We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in marketing agencies supporting retail brands. The ideal candidate has worked with US-based clients, is highly organized, and can confidently join client calls to manage expectations and keep projects on track. You will coordinate internal teams, including designers and copywriters, to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are executed smoothly. This role is based in LATAM and requires fluency in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project operations for retail-focused marketing agency clients.
- Join and lead client calls, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal teams (design, copy, performance, etc.) to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Track deadlines, deliverable status, and project progress across multiple campaigns or websites.
- Identify risks, delays, or gaps and proactively resolve issues before they affect timelines.
- Maintain organized documentation, project plans, and communication channels.
- Experience working in a marketing agency (website, campaign, or performance marketing) serving retail clients is a must.
- Comfortable managing US-based clients and participating in client-facing calls.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with proven experience handling cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Based in LATAM.
