Back End Developer

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer with deep technical expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (Sales & Customer Service modules).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems, integrations, and automations across D365 and Power Platform environments.

You’ll play a key role in building scalable solutions, ensuring system performance, and enabling seamless integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other enterprise systems.

Required knowledge and skills

• 5+ years of experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Proven experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Platform
• Administration.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and RESTful API development.
• Hands-on experience with D365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
• Proficiency in D365 solution management, security roles, and environment setup.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and message brokers such as Apache Kafka
• Solid understanding of database concepts, data flows, and system integrations.
• Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React, and Vue.js.
• Experience creating visual data reports using Power BI or other analytics tools.
• Understanding of Azure services, Azure DevOps, or CI/CD pipelines for D365 deployments.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with attention to detail.
