Role – Senior Fullstack Java Developer (Remote, Europe)

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Java Developer to join our team and take ownership of high impact projects for one of our key international partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, complex environments and full end to end delivery. The position is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in Europe.

Responsibilities

Design and build high performance and scalable applications using Java and Quarkus or Spring

Architect, optimize and troubleshoot MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases

Develop and scale microservices with Kafka and integrate monitoring via the ELK stack

Analyze and improve system performance across applications and infrastructure

Build and maintain CI or CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, SonarQube and Nexus

Implement secure coding practices and proactively manage vulnerabilities

Develop front end features with React, TypeScript, webpack, Ant Design, Jest and RTL

Collaborate with product owners, architects and cross functional teams

Take full ownership of tasks from analysis to deployment

Mentor junior developers and support continuous improvement

What You Need to Succeed

Fluency in English

Strong experience in industrial or highly technical environments

Solid background in fullstack engineering with strong Java expertise

Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills

Proactive, autonomous and comfortable working remotely

Ability to take over an existing codebase with limited handover
