DESCRIPTION OF THE TASK
Following tasks will be performed by external service provider in the context of the deployment of SPM / EAP on the ServiceNow platform:
- Organize and support the successful adoption of SPM at programme and project level,
- Resolve stakeholder issues quickly, organize efficient support,
- Propose, write organize and maintain relevant documentation,
- Ensure constant adequation between operational requirements and available dashboards/reports (OOTB and custom),
- Manage communications and define strategies to increase results in line with defined adoption targets (from awareness to action)
- Run the weekly scrum of scrum with cross project teams, ensure SPM is always updated and used in a consistent and efficient way with respect to EC methodology framework.
- Liaise with Methodology experts at EC, ensure alignment of practices.

Following knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:
- Ability to work autonomously, managing his/her own workload independently, providing status updates, liaising with others and escalating issues as appropriate.

- Ability to prepare clear and well-structured documents, and presentations

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE
Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:
- Experience with SAFe (Preferably 6.0) or Agile at Scale frameworks (PI Planning, Epics, Features, Stories, Value Streams)
- Understanding of SPM modules: Strategic Portfolio Planning, Demand Management, Project/Program Management, Agile Development & Scrum,
- Be proficient in using and configuring ServiceNow modules: SPM, EAP, HRSD, Flow Designer, Now Experience UI.
- Know how to create/update forms, tables, flows, and dashboards.
- Be able to interpret data from reports or Performance Analytics.
- Experience managing end-to-end onboarding processes or employee journeys.
- Strong in communication, change management and training end-users.
- Ensure compliance and data quality across SPM and EAP modules.
- Conduct training/demo sessions and onboarding workshops for ServiceNow users and stakeholders.
CERTIFICATIONS & STANDARDS:
Mandatory possession of the following certificates:
- ServiceNow - Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management
Any additional ServiceNow certificates would be considered as an asset.
