Sales Development Representative (SDR) โ€“ Strategic Outbound | LATAM Remote

Location & Compensation
  • Location: Remote (Latin America/Caribbean Time Zones Preferred: UTC-5 to UTC-7)
  • Schedule: Full-time, working US business hours. (No night shifts required)
  • Compensation: $1400 USD Base Salary + Significant Commission Paid upon Closed Contract (Closed-Won).

The Mission: Quality Over Contracts

We are seeking an SDR focused on quality that converts directly to revenue. Your role is not just to book a meeting, but to qualify the lead so deeply that the final contract is nearly inevitable. Your success will be measured by the revenue you generate, not the volume of calls/meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Analysis: Conduct deep research on target US accounts (mid-market/enterprise) to identify critical pain points, enabling the creation of a nearly guaranteed path to a closed deal.
  • Hyper-Personalization & Qualification: Develop and execute highly relevant outreach (Email, LinkedIn, Video, Call) targeting C-Level, VP, and Director-level executives.
  • Goal: Drive the pipeline that leads directly to new Closed-Won Contracts - your compensation is tied to the final signature.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Project/Account Manager to ensure seamless pilot execution.
What We Require
  1. Experience: Minimum 1+ year of proven success as an SDR, BDR, or Lead Generation Specialist in a B2B SaaS environment.
  2. Market Focus: Demonstrated experience targeting and communicating with executives in the United States.
  3. Language: Exceptional, business-fluent English.
  4. Core Skill: Elite Research and Analytical Skills. Ability to build a strong thesis for a cold email based on minimal information.
  5. Tools: Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools.
