Threod Systems is a leading Provider of Battle-Tested Military Technology Solutions. We are a world-class technology and engineering company that designs and manufactures market-leading Unmanned Aircraft Systems, Electro-Optical Systems and Aircraft Launching Systems for critical defence missions, governmental and commercial applications.

We are seeking a System Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the development of a new, canister launched aircraft platform. You will contribute to system design from the initial concept through flight envelope testing.

Your role:

  • Definition of system architecture and interfaces
  • Requirements management
  • Verification and validation plan
  • Functional analysis
  • Systems integration oversight
  • Cross-functional coordination
  • System lifecycle management

What we are looking for:

  • Education & Experience
  • Degree in a relevant technical field (Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Applied Physics, Control Systems, etc.).
  • Previous engineering experience in requirements management of complex systems or related fields.
  • Skills & Competencies

  • Systems engineering methods
  • Structured and analytical approach
  • Understanding of electrical integration and signal interface
  • Clear and precise documentation skills

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge about aircraft aerodynamics and avionics
  • Experience in thermal, vibration, or EMI/EMC integration challenges
  • Experience with system modeling tools

  • Proactive, hands-on and able to take initiative in uncertain or evolving technical areas.
