We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Senior Sales Representative to join ApiceFlow’s growing business team.
This is a remote, flexible, and performance-based role — perfect for sales professionals who love autonomy, creativity, and high rewards.
You’ll start as an independent sales representative, connecting ApiceFlow with new clients and building meaningful partnerships.
Whenever your lead converts into a project, you’ll earn 💰 15–20% of the total project budget — and stay involved as the business representative, ensuring smooth collaboration between the client and our engineering teams.
As you deliver results, you’ll unlock a clear growth path toward a full-time, salaried position, with bonus incentives tied to project success.
🌍 And as ApiceFlow expands globally, top-performing partners will have the opportunity to lead new regional offices as Regional Managers or even CEOs.
🎯 Responsibilities
- 🔍 Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through strategic outreach and networking.
- 🧠 Develop and implement tailored sales strategies aligned with ApiceFlow’s solutions and client goals.
- 🤝 Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- 💬 Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, and leadership) to align sales goals with company strategy.
- 📊 Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and report insights to the executive team.
- 🌐 Represent ApiceFlow at online events, communities, and partnerships across Asia and beyond.

- Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
- Strong networking presence on platforms like LinkedIn, X, or Discord.
- Solid understanding of the software industry, including Web3, AI, and digital innovation.
