Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement the Motion System Drives division cybersecurity strategy aligned with the ABB’s cybersecurity strategy and division business strategies. You identify, manage, and mitigate cybersecurity risks that could affect the ABB brand and customer base for Motion System Drives offerings. You collaborate with business(es) to protect and grow revenue by effectively addressing customer cybersecurity expectations and actively driving cybersecurity opportunities and demand.

The role is contributing to the Motion System Drives division globally.

The ideal candidate is based in Germany (Mannheim), Finland (Helsinki) or Switzerland (Turgi).

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Strategy: Develops and implements the overall cyber security strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Governance: Defines and implements cybersecurity policies and processes, manages incident reporting, and mitigates risks.
• Operating Model: Establishes an effective cybersecurity organization, leads initiatives and certifications, and supports industry standards.
• Assurance: Operates a cyber security assurance program, reporting KPIs and ensuring compliance with integrity and safety standards.
  
  
  

Qualifications For The Role

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Cybersecurity related activities, Cybersecurity governance and implementation
• Proven understanding of the current legislation and standardization in the EU, US and CN.
• Good understanding of Regulation & Legal Compliance.
• Experience in application of cryptography, cybersecurity testing and forensics is a plus.
• Proactive and innovative mindset to bring cyber security to the next level
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to Process Improvement and Optimization activities is an advantage.
• Experience in standardization work is a plus.
• Excellent communications and collaboration skills in English.
