Job Title: Head of Transformation – Post-Acquisition Integration

Our client is a dynamic and acquisitive financial services provider headquartered in Dublin City Centre. The organisation is entering a significant growth phase following a recent acquisition, with further transactions expected in the near term.

You will take full ownership of defining and delivering major change initiatives including operating model redesign, post-acquisition integration, process optimisation, and technology-enabled transformation. Reporting directly to a highly capable leadership team, this is a rare opportunity to build and lead a Transformation function from the ground up in a commercially ambitious yet supportive environment.


Who should apply?

Ideal candidates will bring deep experience in transformation leadership within large organisations or fast-growing environments. Key requirements include:

· 10+ years’ experience in Change, Transformation, M&A Integration, or Operations leadership

· Strong capability in operating model redesign, post-merger integration, and tech-enabled change

· Commercial mindset with a delivery-focused approach

· Proven ability to lead, build, and scale teams in dynamic and fast-paced environments


Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting directly to the CFO, this strategic role will be responsible for:

· Strategic Transformation – Lead the full transformation agenda across the organisation

· M&A Integration – Own post-acquisition integration across processes, systems, technology, and governance

· Operating Model Redesign – Rebuild and optimise core structures, workflows, and capabilities

· Tech Enablement – Drive digital uplift including automation, systems upgrades, and workflow digitisation

· Team Leadership – Build and manage a growing internal Transformation function

· Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Operations, Technology, Finance, and Commercial teams

· Change Management – Develop and deliver scalable change frameworks and communications

· Executive Engagement – Regular interaction with C-suite and senior stakeholders, shaping strategic direction
