What you’ll be doing
- Lead the design and delivery of new product features that improve clinical workflows.
- Take technical ownership across projects and set high standards for code quality.
- Work closely with Product, QA, and Infrastructure teams to keep releases smooth
- Drive cloud-first development using Azure and modern DevOps practices.
- Review code, mentor other developers, and help set engineering best practices.
- Support data governance, keeping data secure and compliant.
- Contribute ideas that shape the future direction of the platform.
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years of experience working on complex software systems.
- Deep knowledge of C# and .NET (Core and modern frameworks).
- Solid hands-on experience with Azure & App Services
- Good SQL and Entity Framework skills.
- Front-end know-how with Angular or React.
- Experience leading teams or mentoring other developers.
- A genuine interest in new tech and continuous learning.
- Bonus points for experience with IaC tools (Terraform)
