A snapshot of your key responsibilities as ICT Change Management Specialist would be:

• Ensure the digital vision remains aligned throughout the delivery of a major digital transformation programme and the redevelopment of a new corporate website.
• Manage feature development and implementation across portals, platforms, and websites, working with multiple Agile teams, delivery partners, and ICT stakeholders.
• Champion the innovation and development of a new corporate website, representing the Digital team and supporting collaboration across business functions.
• Lead the implementation of personalisation across the digital ecosystem.
• Bring insights, market trends, and transformative thinking into digital platform strategy and decision-making.
• Contribute to the development and execution of digital channel, content, and data strategies.
• Ensure the CMS supports B2B needs, enabling exceptional user experience, SEO optimisation, and accurate content display.
• Collaborate with Digital Performance teams to improve UX/UI through user insights, A/B testing, and multivariate testing.
• Support the optimisation of the organisation’s Digital Asset Management system.
• Lead reporting, insights, and ROI analysis on digital activity.
  
  

Requirements:

• 4–6 years' substantial professional work experience in an enterprise-level organisation.
• Minimum three years’ experience delivering similar services with measurable results in building an effective online presence.
• Proven experience delivering Product Management or Business Analysis services using Agile methodologies on large-scale projects.
• Evidenced, hands-on use of Agile methodology.
• Excellent English language proficiency with the ability to communicate clearly and precisely.
• Availability to start from 11 December 2025.
